A versatile keyboardist, singer, composer, producer, and sound designer, Bryn is involved in a variety of live and recorded music projects. Bryn graduated magna cum laude from Brown University in 2014 with a degree in Neuroscience. After spending a year as a Graduate Research Assistant in Tod Machover's Opera of the Future group at the MIT Media Lab, she is now working independently as a musician, composer and producer out of Brooklyn, NY.
She received the 2015 Herb Alpert Young Jazz Composers Award in recognition of her composition Bilateral.1, the title track from her debut album with Jamie Fried as the independent duo Re/ly. Bryn has performed with artists including Melissa Aldana, Kurt Rosenwinkel, the DIVA Jazz Orchestra, Bill Gibson (Huey Lewis and the News), and Tal Morris (Creedence Clearwater Revisited), and has recorded with singer Rozzi Crane, saxophonist Mel Martin, and world-champion accordionist Cory Pesaturo among many others. She has been featured at events honoring Brown University President Christina Paxson, Newport Jazz and Folk Festivals founder George Wein, and conductor Daniel Barenboim, and has played at the Berklee Performance Center in Boston and New York City's PrideFest and Lincoln Center, as well as prominent Providence venues including the VETS Memorial Auditorium, Fête, and AS220.
